Track your order

Every item is made after you order it. That means there is a wait before there is anything to track, and it is the reason most people land on this page.

When your tracking number arrives

You get two emails from us. The first confirms your order and arrives within a few minutes. The second carries the tracking number, and it is sent when the carrier collects your parcel.

That second email comes after your item is made, not straight after you order. Production takes 5 to 7 business days. So if you ordered yesterday and there is no tracking yet, nothing has gone wrong. Your order is being made.

The timeline

Production takes 5 to 7 business days, because your item is made to order.

Then the carrier collects it, and that is when your tracking number is emailed to you.

Transit is usually 3 to 5 business days for standard shipping within the United States.

Plan on 8 to 12 business days from order to doorstep. If it is for a fixed date such as a wedding, order at least three weeks ahead.

If no tracking email has arrived

Check your spam and promotions folders first. That is where most of them end up.

Then count the business days since you ordered. Weekends and public holidays do not count. If more than 7 business days have passed, write to us.

One other thing worth checking is the email address on your order. A typo in it sends the tracking email somewhere else, and we can resend it to the right place.

If your tracking number does not work yet

A tracking number goes live when the carrier physically scans the parcel, and that scan sometimes happens a day or two after the label is created. Give it 48 hours.

If it still shows nothing after that, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.

If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived

This happens more often than you would expect, and it usually resolves.

Check the porch, the side door, behind any planters, and anywhere else a parcel could be tucked out of sight. Ask anyone else in the house. Ask your immediate neighbours, because carriers do sometimes leave a parcel next door without leaving a note. It is also worth calling your local depot, since parcels are occasionally scanned as delivered slightly early.

If none of that turns it up, email us and we will help you sort it out.

If your parcel is lost

If tracking shows the parcel as lost in transit, contact us. We will remake it and ship it again at no cost to you, and you do not need to send anything back.

Write to us

Email sales@everlyandoak.online with your order number, which is in your confirmation email.

Tell us what your tracking says and we will take it from there.
