We answer email Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. Anything that arrives over the weekend is answered on Monday.

Before you write about a deadline

Production takes 5 to 7 business days, plus 3 to 5 days transit. If your date is inside two weeks, say so in the first line and we will tell you honestly whether it can be made in time.

Something arrived damaged?

Send a photograph and your order number. We remake and reship at no cost, and you do not need to return the damaged item.
