Shipping cost
Shipping within the United States is calculated at checkout, based on what is in your order. Orders of $100 or more ship free, and there is no code to enter.
Production time
Everything is made to order. Nothing ships from a shelf. Production takes 5 to 7 business days from the moment the order is placed, before a carrier touches it.
Transit time
Within the United States, standard shipping is typically 3 to 5 business days after production. Total door to door is therefore usually 8 to 12 business days.
Who carries your parcel
Parcels ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on which of our production partners makes your item. Your tracking email tells you which carrier has it and links to their tracking page.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once production finishes and the parcel is collected. Until that email arrives, the order is still being made. There is a fuller explanation on our Track your order page.
If your parcel goes missing
If tracking shows a parcel as lost in transit, email us and we will remake it and ship it again at no cost to you. You do not need to send anything back.
If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, check with anyone else in the house, your immediate neighbours and your local depot first, then email us and we will help you sort it out.
Planning for a wedding date
Order at least three weeks before the date you need it. That is not a sales line. It is the production window, plus transit, plus the buffer that stops a carrier delay ruining the timing. For December deliveries, order by the last week of November.
Shipping directly to the couple
Enter the couple's address as the shipping address. No prices appear on the packing slip or anywhere in the parcel.
