Orders and production
How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order. Production takes 5 to 7 business days, then carrier transit on top — typically 3 to 5 days for standard US shipping. Plan on 8 to 12 business days door to door, and order earlier than that if it is for a specific date.
I need it for a wedding next week. Will it arrive?
Probably not, and we would rather say so than take the order. If the wedding is inside ten days, write to us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
Can I have the couple's names or wedding date added?
Not yet. Every design is sold as shown. Personalization is the feature we are asked for most and it is in progress, but we do not offer it today and will not pretend otherwise.
Can you ship straight to the couple?
Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. Prices are not printed on anything in the parcel.
Products
Are the cutting boards printed or engraved?
Laser-engraved into solid wood. The design is burned in, not sitting on the surface, so it cannot peel or wash off. Hand wash only, and oil the board occasionally.
How should I care for the printed items?
Mugs and tumblers are dishwasher and microwave safe unless the product page says otherwise. Pillow covers and blankets are machine washable cold, tumble dry low. Prints should be kept out of direct sunlight, as all pigment prints should.
What are the prints made of?
Posters are museum-grade matte paper, shipped rolled in a rigid tube. Stretched canvas is a cotton blend over a solid wood stretcher with hanging hardware fitted. Framed pieces arrive ready to hang.
Returns and problems
Can I return something I simply changed my mind about?
Because every item is produced after you order it, we cannot restock returns, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please check sizes and finishes on the product page before ordering, and write to us if you are unsure.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
We replace it at no cost. Send a photo to sales@everlyandoak.online within 30 days of delivery and we will remake and reship. No return shipping required.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, if production has not started — usually a window of a few hours. Write immediately and we will stop it if we can.
